Rice Pasta Pomodoro with g/f garlic bread |
Ingredients: 1 lb. rice pasta, cooked al dente ( double the amount of water when cooking pasta) |
Instructions: 1. Heat olive oil, saute garlic salt and pepper until lightly browned add tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. For garlic bread, slice a Gillian's roll in half, spread on olive oil, garlic, basil, and cheese and toast in toaster oven until browned. |
