SHIPPING POLICY & RETURN

WE ONLY SHIP ON MONDAYS AND TUESDAYS

Orders received by 10am(EST) on Tuesday will be shipped out that same day.

Please note that all breads and desserts will be shipped in a frozen container with dry ice except for New England states. There will be an additional $10 added to every order as required.

SHIPPING RATES

See the map below with GROUND transit time from Lynn, MA for your rates.
We ship via FedEx. Please note that these are estimates and if you wish to order more or less we will calculate the shipping cost based on the weight of your product and zip code. 

Zone 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6:

Dry Items cannot be combined with Frozen Items.

The Frozen Items will be Shipped 2nd day air in an insulated container with ice packs because of the possibility of heat affecting the appearance, quality and taste of the product.  If you live in one of these states you can chose one of our shipping options: FROZEN ITEMS ONLY

DRY ITEMS ONLY: refer to the chart for Zone 1

ZONE 1:

Dry and Frozen items CAN be combined.

These maps can be used for all other states that are ordering DRY ITEMS ONLY

States shipping ground: Orders that include any of our desserts will be shipped in an insulated container to Prevent the items from melting.  Gillian’s will add a $10.00 fee for the container.

Warm Weather Shipping: For the Months of May through October desserts will not be available to ship out.

Returns
We are sorry, but for health and safety reasons we cannot accept a product for a refund.  Gillian’s guarantees only the freshest stock available.  We do make exceptions based on the situation.  Please give us a call at 781-586-0086 and find out how we can help you.

Packages do not require a delivery signature, and may be left at your door if there is no answer at your residence, at the discretion of the FedEx driver.  You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped out.  A $10.00 extra fee will be charged for product returned to us with the wrong address to re-ship.
